This project was a 2024 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence gold winner.

We completely renovated every inch of this custom 4000+ square-foot lakefront home that was originally built in 1998. The goal was to transform it into a modern vacation home perfectly suited to the nearly-retired homeowners who love to entertain. A small and seamless addition to the primary bedroom converted a deck into a quiet office space with incredible views.
