This project won multiple gold awards at the 2025 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence.

One of our most dramatic transformations to date, we turned this 1990’s family home into a dream Okanagan vacation getaway. The layout was completely changed to include features such as:

• Show-stopping kitchen with new folding-sliding doors to the patio.
• Indoor/Outdoor entertaining zone, complete with beautiful pool, spa, bar with pass-through window, wine cellar, built-in keg, and gym.
• Spa-like principal suite with concrete tub and fully-loaded shower.
