This project was a 2023 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence gold winner. 

Our team changed the floorplan and completely updated this waterfront vacation condo to make it more functional and modern for our clients who love to entertain and spend quality time as a family with their teenage kids and their friends. A few highlights include the custom bunks, double gaming station for rainy days, and folding sliding door in the living room to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.
